Summary:
During a planned renovation, walls with significant suspect growth was discovered. Essel was called in to provide moisture investigative services. Essel brought in a team to determine the extent of suspect growth and to quantify the impacted area. Essel prepared specifications and provided oversight during remediation services which allowed the customer to get their renovation project back on track.
