Summary: Essel was approached by a city to perform indoor air quality sampling in an area where occupants were complaining about indoor air quality issues stemming from a moisture intrusion from a leaky roof. The staining was observed by the occupants and occupants complained of a musty odor as well. Essel performed spore trap air sampling and performed a moisture survey of the surrounding areas.
